Believe in yourself

उद्धरेदात्मनात्मानम्
नात्मानमवसादयेत् ।
आत्मैव ह्यात्मनो बन्धुः
आत्मैव रिपुरात्मनः ॥

One should strive and employ oneself to uplift oneself. One should never dishonor oneself. The self is one's friend as well as one's enemy.

Self help is the best help.
