दुर्बलस्य बलं राजा
बालानां रोदनं बलम् ।
बलं मूर्खस्य मौनित्वम्
चौराणामनृतं बलम् ॥

King is the strength of the weak.
Crying is the strength of kids.
Silence is the strength of a fool.
Lying is the strength of thieves.

(It is the duty of a king to protect the weak.
Kids can have their demands fulfilled, by crying.
A fool can remain silent and create an impression of being wise.
Thieves can get away with their crimes by lying)
